Dialogue Society is hosting Auctus Productions on Friday, March 6th, 2020 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM. A film screening and interactive discussion with Auctus Productions, a New York based independent film production company. Moderated by actor and renowned thespian, Mark Capri, will include:
- Viewing short and inspiring films
- Discussing technical, logistical, and creative challenges of producing short documentaries
- Learning what it is like to start an independent film company as full-time students
Some of Auctus Productions’ notable projects tell the story of amazing athletes which include Jack Harrison|Road to City, a co-production with Major League Soccer, which Featured on ESPN and MLS Soccer, Punch: The Story of Adelino Da Costa, which won Best Documentary Short at the 2019 NYC International Films Infest Festival, and Extra Time | Life Beyond Football with Christian Fuchs.
