Stress is a feeling we get when faced with a challenge. Feeling stressed for a long time can take a toll on our mental and physical health. Even though it may seem hard to find ways to de-stress with all the things we have to do, it’s important to find those ways. Our health depends on it. Stress Management will be our theme this quarter and will be exploring the topic in three sessions. We will conclude the session with some basic Yoga and breathing exercises.
