UCI Book Club Session 1 (Spring 18)

Stress is a feeling we get when faced with a challenge. Feeling stressed for a long time can take a toll on our mental and physical health. Even though it may seem hard to find ways to de-stress with all the things we have to do, it’s important to find those ways. Our health depends on it. Stress Management¬†will be our theme this quarter and will be exploring the topic in three sessions.¬†We will conclude the session with some basic Yoga and breathing exercises.
