Emotional Intelligence helps you know yourself reasonably well, control your own emotions and show empathy with the feelings of others. This book comprises of two segments which are the emotional intelligence framework and emotional intelligence in practice. The author indicates Emotional Intelligence can be learned because of the power of the brain as an “amazing learning machine.”
